Hotels

At the bottom of this page, please carefully read all the guidelines and policies regarding your AROTR hotel stay.

All bands will be staying in the partnering hotels.

Hotel FAQs

• Singalongs:

  • Comfort Inn & Suites is hosting offficial late-night sing-alongs and late-night activities.

  • All late-night activities in Clarksville are for the guests of the five participating hotels, subject to hotel capacity limitations.

  • While they are for hotel guests (please respect this provision), they are complimentary events and have no ticket value whatsoever.

• Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • 3-night stay: Sheraton, Home 2, Candlewood, and Hampton partnering hotels; check with each hotel for exceptions

  • 2-3 night stay: Hampton Inn, maybe the others; call to check

• Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation after April 1 can cause forfeiture of the entire hotel and ticket amount.

  • Check with each hotel for exceptions

• Courtesy Sing-Alongs:

  • Courtesy Sing-alongs are planned at Comfort Inn & Suites.

  • AROTR and the hotels reserve all rights regarding capacity, sound and noise levels, alcohol and other spirits, closing time, and more.

• Shuttle Service:

  • Shuttle service is available between all four hotels in Clarksville to the festival site.

  • Shuttle service is available from the Sheraton in Jeffersonville to Big 4 Park, not to the other hotels

• Bands and Hotels:

  • All bands will be staying in the partnering hotels.

  • You may bring food and drink for your friends, potluck from bangers and mash to special brownies. (no glass for beverages)

  • You can cook food in your rooms or on outdoor grills and really have a lot of family fun, which was not previously possible.

  • You may eat breakfast together in any of the four free lobby breakfast buffets and even start an early morning singalong.
