THANK YOU!
This was a tough weekend with the rain on Friday, so we are very grateful you chose to come and dance in the rain and sun with us!
This year we debuted our brand new AROTR app:

We kicked off the festivities with the Wednesday night party at the Pavilion with The Black Ties.
Thursday, May 21
Thursday, we kicked off the weekend with our headlining show This is the 60s, a fantastic tribute to the music and culture of the best decade in music, THE 60s!
Friday, May 22
Friday, was rainy on and off all day, but it was warm enough to enjoy dancing as many of you still did. The main stage started at 4pm with Steve Sizemore Group, Bryan Evan Marshall Band and Beatles vs Stones: the Ultimate Showdown. Unfortunately, the rain wasn’t letting up that night and we chose to close before Super 70s Radio could perform.
Doorway performed “Riders on the Storm” while it was raining quite heavily and it was transcending to experience that song during rain at a festival.
Saturday, May 23
On Saturday you all came out in a force! We had to open an hour later to preparing the site from all the rain the previous night. We were packed by 2pm.
We had an enjoyable conversation with Peter Noone at the TownePlace Suites. We had a day packed full of bands and music!
Chris Cron of Pet Sounds Live did a live rendition of “How to Sing like a Beach Boy” which he does on his Instagram account. And these layerings of vocals is the reason he got picked up by The actual Beach Boys!
The Weeklings & Pet Sounds Live did the two biggest albums of the year 1966: The Beatles’ “Revolver” and The Beach Boys’ “Pet Sounds”.
Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone performed an amazing show Saturday night!
Sunday, May 24
Sunday, we had two legendary bands from the 60’s perform: The Cowsills and Micky Dolenz - 60 Years of the Monkees.
In addition, McCartney Forever blew everyone away with Miles Frizzell as Paul McCartney. We had a peace pararde which walked across teh whole park from Stage D to A just in time for The Cowsills to perform.
Then Fashionably Late did their debut on the main stage and blew everyone away.
All weekend, Laurence Juber jumped on stage with Beatles vs Stones, McCartney Forever featuring Miles Frizzell and Micky Dolenz (LJ performed on the Monkees song “That Was Then, This Is Now” in 1986, which was written by Herman’s Hermits’ guitaris Vance Brescia) and his own solo shows which blow everyone away!
Monday, May 25
Monday was a special day. The Blue Meanies played their first Monday, The Brass Pack had their debut and blew everyone away. The Black Ties ended the festival with one of their amazing sets with special guests getting on stage and everyone having a good time.
