Abbey Road on the River Presents its 2026 Festival Headliners; Micky Dolenz Celebrates 60 Years of The Monkees, Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone and The Cowsills

Jeffersonville, IN (November 12, 2025) Abbey Road on the River, the world’s largest Beatles and classic rock festival, returns to Big Four Station Park in Jeffersonville, May 21–25, 2026, bringing together three of the most beloved acts of the 1960s for five days of peace, love, and rock ’n’ roll.

The festival this week signed Micky Dolenz, the legendary voice and drummer of The Monkees, as he announces a new USA tour celebrating the 60th Anniversary of one of the most cherished bands in pop history. Fans can look forward to hearing their unforgettable hits including “I’m a Believer,” “Last Train to Clarksville,” and “Daydream Believer,” performed by the man who helped make them iconic.

Dolenz is quoted in a new Rolling Stone magazine article saying, “Much of what I’ve been able to share with the world has come from this thing called ‘The Monkees’ – this wacky musical-comedy TV show about a band struggling for success. Interestingly, on the show, the Monkees never actually made it. Off-screen, however, we sold out concerts all over the world.”

He will be joined by two more giants of the 1960s: Peter Noone, founder and lead singer of Herman’s Hermits, whose wit, stagecraft and British Invasion classics — “I’m Into Something Good,” “Mrs. Brown You’ve Got a Lovely Daughter,” and “There’s a Kind of Hush” — continue to delight audiences worldwide; and The Cowsills, the real-life family band that inspired The Partridge Family, bringing their joyful harmonies and irresistible ‘60s pop sound back to Jeffersonville.

Together, Dolenz, Noone, and The Cowsills embody the heart, humor, and harmony that defined an era and still unite fans of every generation today.

“Each of them has a history, a sound, and a story that helped shape the soundtrack of our lives — and when you combine their record sales, you’re talking well over 100 million,” says festival founder and producer Gary Jacob. “And that’s just the beginning. Add Laurence Juber, the former Wings guitarist, plus more than 50 incredible bands — including Pet Sounds Live celebrating Brian Wilson and the always-epic Beatles vs Stones showdown — and you’ve got a weekend that’s as good as it gets.”

Fans can take advantage of a Black Friday Half Price ticket sale from November 21–30 by using promo code “Friday” at abbeyroadontheriver.com to enjoy 50% discounts on all single- and multi-day general admission tickets.

From December 1-23, single-day general admission tickets will also be available at the SoIN Visitor Center in Jeffersonville and include a free Abbey Road on the River tote bag while supplies last.
