Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your AROTR 2026 App account and personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to zucker.jason@gmail.com from the email address associated with your app account.

2. Use the subject line: AROTR 2026 App Data Deletion Request.

3. Include your app username, display name, and the login provider you used, such as Facebook or Google.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:

- Your app profile and account metadata.

- Uploaded profile photos and profile information.

- Saved festival activity, where applicable.

- Posts, comments, likes, and direct messages associated with your account, subject to technical and legal limitations.

- Push notification tokens associated with your device/account.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup or security logs may remain for a limited time where necessary to operate, secure, or comply with legal obligations.

Facebook Login Users

If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove the app from your Facebook account settings. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete data stored by the AROTR 2026 App, so please also email us using the instructions above if you want your app data deleted.
