Please abide by these protocols.

Is this Abbey Road on the River?

No. Abbey Road on the River is Labor Day, Sept 2-6, 2021.

Penny Lane at the Park is a smaller, spin-off event of Abbey Road on the River.

When and where is it?

Location: Big Four Station Park, Jeffersonville, IN

Dates:

Saturday, May 29

Sunday, May 30

Hours: 1-11pm, doors open at 12pm

Where can I get tickets?

Advance tickets are only available online here.

Walk up tickets will be available at the box office, but we could sell out.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Walk up tickets will be available at the box office, but we suggest getting them ahead of time because we could sell out.

Where can I put my lawn chair?

Please space out your lawn chairs as best as you can in the grass areas.

No lawn chairs permitted in the Pavilion.

What if it rains?

As always with outdoor events, it may rain. Come prepared with your rain poncho, hat, or umbrellas. Or just dance in the puddles.

The only shelter from the rain is the Pavilion. No chairs will be permitted in the Pavilion. There is not enough room.

If it starts to rain, and people begin to look for shelter, we strongly insist everyone puts on their mask.

If there is lightning you must leave the site and we will close for at least 20 minutes.

There are no refunds or makeup dates, other than Saturday tickets being valid Sunday. We feel that the $10 admission price removes the pocketbook pain you will feel if we cannot complete the entire schedule.

We are bringing this event back as a “welcome back to live music” and when it does rain, we lose lots of money, so be gentle.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Masks are not required as per the new CDC guidelines. However, we strongly recommend you and your children wear them while shopping or in line for the safety and comfort of everybody around you. We can’t be sure everyone will be vaccinated, so making everyone comfortable while in close quarters is our objective.

Will staff be wearing masks?

The great majority of our staff and bands have been vaccinated and it is possible for personal reasons a few have not been.

Some of us will wear masks and some of us may not, but it does not indicate whether or not we have been vaccinated. It is up to all of us to ask if the people we are around have been vaccinated before we get too close, especially if you have not been vaccinated.

If I leave for part of the day, can I come back?

While re-entry is permitted, it is not guaranteed. We will be watching the amount of people on site and if you leave and we let others in, you may not get back in if we are at capacity.

Where can I use Beatles Bucks?

You can use Beatles Bucks at all food and beverage locations and merchandise .

Will there be reserved seating?

There will be no reserved seating at any stages. Bring your own chair or a blanket.

Will I be able to dance?

Though there is no designated dancing area in the front of the stage, you can dance wherever you are comfortable.

Can I walk over the Big Four walking bridge to access the festival?

Yes, it is easy to park on the Kentucky side of the bridge and walk over to Big Four Station Park. You will come off the bridge right at the box office.

Are dogs allowed?

For the safety of everyone, dogs and pets are not allowed on the festival grounds. They are permitted in areas outside of the festival.

Service animals are welcome.

Parking Information:

The only lot we operate and manage is Colston Park behind and next to TownePlace By Marriott, on Maple St.

The cost to daily park will be $5, first come first serve, once in, no out unless you are leaving.

There is plenty of free parking spaces all around Jeffersonville also. The best paved and lit and free parking lot, we think, is 503 W. Market Street / 502 W. Riverside Drive, which is a 5-minute walk to the venue.

Here is a link to a Google map to navigate to a few parking locations.

ADA Parking

If you require accessible parking in our lot, display your state issued sticker or permit when you arrive, and the parking attendants will direct you.

If you cannot walk far (about a football field) to our box office, we recommend you get dropped off first at the box office/entrance at the foot of the Big Four Bridge on Pearl Street across from The Parlour Restaurant.

The Park is very accessible once you enter.

If you already bought ADA parking, head to the corner of Pearl St and Chestnut and speak with Tamara. She will check you in and let you in and out.
