Reserved Seating: Reserved seating is available for shows at Stage A/A2, Stage C. Reserved ticket holders can sit in the reserved seating section of the stage on a first-come, first-served basis.
Included with Reserved Tickets and Ultimate Ticket to Ride Tickets:

Reserved seat for main shows
VIP tent access with charging station and VIP restrooms at Stage A/A2

There is no such thing as a lost ticket at Abbey Road On The River. We always find your ticket, if you show up ticketless.
The tickets are sent immediately after purchase.

Wednesday Night Party: The Wednesday Night Party will be at Big Four Station Park from 5-10pm on May 22.
A shuttle will run from the Comfort Inn, Candlewood Suites and Home2 Suites between 4:30 and 10:30pm.
Parking:
Colston Park behind TownePlace and Colston Condos is a paid lot operated by AROTR and Troop 77. Weekend or daily parking passes available for purchase here.

Clarksville hotels:
Bus schedule available to and from Abbey Road on the River from the Clarksville Hotels.
Shuttle stops first at Comfort Inn, then proceeds to marked stops between Home2 Suites and Candlewood Suites.
Shuttle stops at the festival outside the main box office at Pearl & Chestnut.
Sheraton guests:
A complimentary trolley service is available to take you to and from the festival site.
Pick-Up: At the back entrance of the Sheraton
Extended Service Hours: The trolley driver has agreed to work long hours to accommodate late-night sing-along crowds.
Late Night Singalong Transport:
The trolley will transport the last group of guests from the park to The Sheraton at approximately 12 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. After dropping them off, it will continue to the Comfort Inn for the late night singalongs and offer a ride to any Sheraton guests who need it.
Subsequently, the trolley will shuttle guests from Home 2 and Candlewood to the sing-alongs until 12:45 AM.
From 12:45 AM to 2:15 AM, guests needing a ride back to Home 2 or Candlewood can find the van waiting outside The Comfort Inn.
At 2:30 AM, the service concludes with a final trip taking any remaining Sheraton guests from the Comfort Inn back to The Sheraton.
Please note this final Sheraton trip only occurs at 2:30 AM.
*This trolley service is not available on Wednesday, Thursday, or Monday.
Walking: Access the festival by walking over the Big Four Pedestrian bridge from the Louisville side.
Getting Around: The site is walkable and accessible, but drop-off is available at the entrance with Colston Park having the closest parking lot.
Accessibility: The site is designed with accessible features, including wheelchair-accessible restrooms. Accessible parking is available at Colston Park. For additional assistance, email abbey@arotr.com before the event.
ASL Interpreters will be present during the Jan & Deanโs Beach Party concert on Thursday, May 23 at 7:45pm.
Box Office GPS: Find the box office/entrance at the foot of the walking bridge into Big Four Station Park at 231 Pearl St. Google Maps link.
Come and Go: Re-entry is permitted with a full security check each time.
Safety: Police and EMS are onsite for safety.

ID required to purchase alcohol

Weather: Be it sun or something wetter, we have you covered.
Stage B is covered and can comfortably accommodate 200 plus fans
Stage P is covered and can accommodate 300 plus fans
Stage C is covered and can accommodate 500 plus fans
There are 2 VIP tents from which to watch the main stages A and A2
There are 2 General Admission tents holding 200-300 more
Easily there is a cover for approximately 2,000 people
If something strong occurs, you can easily go to any of a dozen popular restaurants and bars all within 2 blocks
You can go to The TownePlace Lobby , and wait it out
It's springtime in The Ohio Valley, and we have it and you covered.
Rain ponchos recommended. In case of lightning, the event will close for at least 30 minutes with no refunds or makeup dates.
Lawn Chairs: Space out lawn chairs in grass areas, not permitted in the marketplace Pavilion or on sidewalks. No oversized lawn chairs allowed.
Beatle Bucks: Pre-purchased Beatle Bucks can be collected at the box office and used at various locations including the merch booth, bars, and select food booths.
Cash: ATMs onsite at the box office and near the merch tent.
Eat, Dance, Hydrate: Enjoy street food and drink options. Water refill stations available.
Sustainability: Efforts include recycling bins, water refill stations, and reducing plastic bottle usage backstage.
Dogs and cats and other furries: Only service animals on a short leash or in carry bags allowed.
Code of Conduct: Aggressive behavior towards staff or attendees is cause for removal from the festival.
