Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Rolling Oven began as a food truck like you’ve never seen before—a twenty-foot shipping container converted into a mobile pizza kitchen—serving Neopolitan-style pizza and sandwiches cooked in our traditional Italian wood-fired brick oven.

From traditional offerings like the Pepperoni and Supreme pizzas, to gourmet choices like the Prosciutto Speciale, Potato and Chorizo, and Pizza Bianca—Rolling Oven has a menu sure to please any pizza lover. Our pizzas go from prep to plate in ten minutes, and customers can watch it all via our open kitchen. All of our pizzas are made-to-order, using the freshest ingredients we can find.

Hailing from Lagrange, KY, Celtic Pig BBQ grew out of a passion for slow cooking and a shared Scotch-Irish heritage. From her grandmother, Melissa (the culinary brains behind Celtic Pig) learned the important skills of drying, preserving, and canning food along with preparing dishes with the time honored traditions of Western Kentucky. She uses locally sourced ingredients in her “Meliciously Delicious Dry Rub”, “Burnin’ Down the Outhouse Hot Sauce,” “KY Red BBQ Sauce,” and “Shagbark Hickory Syrup.”

Celtic Pig BBQ serves up a Kentucky twist on Celtic favorites like tatties and neeps, haggis, and savory meat pies; authentic Kentucky BBQ standards like pulled pork, brisket, and ribs; and traditional sides like mac and cheese, green beans, and baked beans.

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Seagram's 7 Crown Blended Whisky

  • 100ml Lemon lime soda 

PREPARATION:

  1. Fill a glass with ice

  2. Pour in the Seagram's 7 Crown Blended Whisky

  3. Top off with the lemon-lime soda

  4. Garnish with lemon slices.

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
