COLUMBUS, OH

Peter Conrad has performed at every Abbey Road On The River since the very first AROTR in Cleveland, OH in 2002!

His AROTR solo shows center around the music of George Harrison: his days as a Beatle, as a solo artist, as a Wilbury, and as a producer. When not performing at AROTR, Peter stays busy performing in the Central Ohio area and is a regular featured artist at Ohio wineries, vineyards, restaurants, breweries, and pubs. These solo acoustic shows feature classic songs from all styles, eras, and genres, forgotten oldies, and audience requests.

Peter has appeared at venues, festivals, benefits, and special events in the Mid-West, Canada, England, and Scotland. Peter has self-released 8 solo CDs since 1999 and has performed as a guest musician on 6 CD projects by local Ohio artists. In 2016 he was featured on the CD “Get Your Kicks – Central Ohio Musicians Perform The Music Of 1966” and his original music is featured in the world-wide DVD release of the documentary “A Beatle in Benton, IL” from MVD Music Video Distributors.

Peter’s favorite AROTR memory is from Cleveland, OH 2002, when he performed his original song “Goodbye George,” backed up by “All You Need Is Love” at the Nautica Pavilion, with George’s sister Louise watching from the wings in front of 3,000 George Harrison/Beatle fans.
