These Terms of Service govern your use of the AROTR 2026 App. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

The app is provided to help users explore festival information, save shows, post updates, comment, message other users, and receive relevant notifications. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.

Accounts

You may need to sign in and create a profile to use social features such as posting, commenting, liking, and messaging. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

User Content

You are responsible for content you post or send through the app, including text, images, comments, and messages. Do not post content that is abusive, threatening, illegal, infringing, deceptive, spam, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action if we believe these terms have been violated or if needed to protect users, the festival, or the app.

Festival Information

Festival schedules, lineups, venues, and other information may change. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for authentication, storage, notifications, maps, links, and other features. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
