WALK: It's easy to walk over the Big Four Pedestrian bridge to access the festival. Park on the Louisville side of the bridge and walk over to Big Four Station Park.

GETTING AROUND: The site is entirely walkable and accessible, but if you're not in the mood for walking, you can have someone drop you off at the entrance. Colston Park has the closest parking lot.

ACCESSIBILITY: We are not a traditional music venue; we are a park designed with accessible features.

The site is very walkable and accessible. For patrons with limited mobility, the best drop-off location is directly in front of the site at Pearl and Chestnut Streets. There are no steps to enter the site. There are wheelchair-accessible restrooms. A wheelchair can quickly get to 100% of the site, however, there is a lot of grass; three of the stages are on grass, and depending on the weather and the circumstance, could at times be difficult. Accessible parking spaces for the festival are at Colston Park off Maple Street at Mulberry.

If you need additional accessibility assistance, please contact us at arotr18@gmail.com with any special requests or questions prior to the event.

BOX OFFICE GPS: Find the box office/entrance at the foot of the walking bridge that leads into Big Four Station Park, right on Pearl and Chestnut at 231 Pearl St. Link to Google maps here.

If you're looking for a secondary box office, you can find it on Mulberry St under the walking bridge. Link to Google maps here.

COME AND GO: If you leave the festival site and plan to come back later, re-entry is permitted, but you'll need to go through a full security check each time.

KIDS: Abbey Road on the River welcomes music fans of all ages.

SAFETY: While having fun is our top priority, your safety is our concern too. Police and EMS are always on site.

BRING: Don't forget to bring your positive attitude and some essentials, such as a mask, hand sanitizer, lawn chairs, strollers, blankets, sun hats, sunscreen, bug spray, rain gear, and empty refillable plastic bottles. Also, if you plan to drink, carry your ID.

DON’T BRING: To make the event safe and enjoyable for everyone, some items are prohibited, such as WAGONS coolers, picnic baskets, cans or bottles, alcohol or glass, pets (except service animals), bikes, skates, balloons, beach balls, hula hoops, selfie sticks, on-site unapproved advertising or vending, drones, smoking, and weapons.

WEATHER DELAYS: If it rains, come prepared with rain gear or dance in the puddles. We don’t insist everyone wears their ponchos during rain showers. In case of lightning, we'll have to close for at least 20 minutes, and there are no refunds or makeup dates. But if a day gets rained out, your ticket is still valid for the next day.

LAWN CHAIRS: Please space out your lawn chairs in the grass areas and remember no lawn chairs are permitted in the marketplace Pavilion or on sidewalks. On the way in, they will be thoroughly checked.

BEATLE BUCKS: While Beatle Bucks are not sold during the festival, you can collect your pre-purchased Beatles Bucks from the box office.

Beatle Bucks may be used at the AROTR merchandise booths, beverage stands, the box office for 2024 event tickets, Sivori concessions, and Jakes food stands. Redeeming Beatles bucks for 2024 tickets expires June 30, 2023.

CASH: There are 2 ATM-s on site one at the box office, one near the merch tent.

Let your taste buds and your dancing shoes do the talking at our festival.

Complimentary water refill stations will be available at the festival site, so remember to bring your empty refillable plastic bottles.

SUSTAINABILITY: We're making sustainability efforts by adding more recycling bins, water refill stations, and backstage, the bands and crew will use paper cups with water refill coolers instead of water bottles to cut down on plastic bottle usage.

DOGS: We love furry friends, but for everyone's safety, dogs and pets are not allowed on the festival grounds. However, service animals on short leash or in carry bags are welcome.
