Abbey Road on the River is a 5-day, multi-stage celebration of the Beatles and the music that changed the world. Whether you're coming for one day or the full weekend, here's everything you need to know to make the most of it.

We’ve done this for a long time. You’re in good hands.

General Information

Security & Safety

Your safety—and your family’s safety—is at the very core of how we operate Abbey Road on the River. We take it seriously, and we plan for it year-round.

All guests should expect a respectful but thorough entry process, including bag checks and handheld metal detection (wanding) at all main entrances. We ask for your patience during these moments—these few extra seconds are part of what allows everyone to relax once inside.

We work in close coordination with the Jeffersonville Police Department, along with fire, EMS, and trained private security teams stationed throughout the festival grounds. You’ll see a visible presence, but just as important is the coverage you won’t see—plainclothes personnel, monitored entry points, cameras and continuous communication between all teams.

In addition, we utilize enhanced event monitoring, including overhead surveillance and real-time coordination across the site, so we can respond quickly to anything that needs attention.

Our goal is simple: create an environment where you can focus on the music, your friends, and your family—knowing that every reasonable measure has been taken to keep you safe.

If you see something that doesn’t feel right, please say something to any member of our team immediately.

We’ve got you covered.

No. The Sheraton is not a sponsor but an officially affiliated hotel. Guests staying there have made their reservations independently, and we are not involved with or responsible for those bookings.

Hotel Address:

Sheraton Louisville North
700 W Riverside Dr
Jeffersonville, IN 47130

What are hotel check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 noon. Many hotels may allow late check-out on Memorial Day or Tuesday since we're the only big group in town — ask at the front desk when you arrive.

How do guests pick up their wristbands if they bought a hticket package? Guests who purchased a hotel/ticket package at these properties should pick up their credentials at the festival box office.

Shuttle service is included only for Comfort Inn package guests. Other hotels (Candlewood, Home2 Suites) are on the shuttle loop, but it's first-come, space-available and not part of their packages.

What if I leave early or change my reservation?
Hotel packages are prepaid and non-refundable, but if something unexpected happens, let us know. We’ll always try to help if we can.
