FRI / SAT / SUN (MAY 22-24): 11:30AM - 2:00AM

What are the parking and shuttle options?
We offer two separate full-weekend options:
Parking Pass (Full Weekend): $60
Shuttle Pass (Full Weekend): $75
Do I need to buy both a parking pass and a shuttle pass?
No. Most guests will need one or the other, not both.
If you plan to drive and park near the festival, purchase a parking pass.
If you are staying at one of our partner hotels and want transportation, purchase a shuttle pass.
Where do the shuttles run?
Shuttles operate between the festival and the following hotels:
Home2 Suites to
Candlewood Suites to
Comfort Inn to Festival
They run continuously throughout the day and evening.
How often do the shuttles run?
Shuttles operate on an as-needed, continuous loop:
A bus will leave when there are enough passengers ready to go
If a bus is not full, it may wait briefly for additional riders
There is always at least one bus in motion during operating hours
Our goal is to keep people moving efficiently without leaving buses empty.
Do I need a shuttle pass to ride?
Yes. You must have your shuttle pass to board the bus. One exception. You can board for the first time at any of the hotels, and then purchase a pass at the box office.
How do I receive my parking pass?
Parking passes will be handled one of two ways:
Sent prior to the event digital), OR
Picked up at registration on-site
Final instructions will be provided closer to the event.
What do I do with my parking pass?
Your parking pass must be clearly displayed on your windshield at all times when parked in designated areas.
Can I leave and return with my parking pass on the same day?
Yes. Your parking pass allows in-and-out access throughout the day during the festival weekend, as long as your pass is properly displayed on your vehicle.
Parking is subject to space availability upon return.
Is the parking pass good for the entire weekend?
Yes. Your $60 parking pass covers the full festival weekend—no daily re-purchase required.
Is the shuttle pass good for the entire weekend?
Yes. Your $75 shuttle pass provides unlimited rides throughout the festival weekend between the designated hotels and the event.
Can I buy passes later?
Availability may be limited. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance on this page to guarantee access.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions about your pass or need assistance, please contact the Abbey Road on the River team. Additional details will be included in your confirmation.

Abbey Road on the River is a 5-day, multi-stage celebration of the Beatles and the music that changed the world. Whether you're coming for one day or the full weekend, here's everything you need to know to make the most of it.
We’ve done this for a long time. You’re in good hands.
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Security & Safety
Your safety—and your family’s safety—is at the very core of how we operate Abbey Road on the River. We take it seriously, and we plan for it year-round.
All guests should expect a respectful but thorough entry process, including bag checks and handheld metal detection (wanding) at all main entrances. We ask for your patience during these moments—these few extra seconds are part of what allows everyone to relax once inside.
We work in close coordination with the Jeffersonville Police Department, along with fire, EMS, and trained private security teams stationed throughout the festival grounds. You’ll see a visible presence, but just as important is the coverage you won’t see—plainclothes personnel, monitored entry points, cameras and continuous communication between all teams.
In addition, we utilize enhanced event monitoring, including overhead surveillance and real-time coordination across the site, so we can respond quickly to anything that needs attention.
Our goal is simple: create an environment where you can focus on the music, your friends, and your family—knowing that every reasonable measure has been taken to keep you safe.
If you see something that doesn’t feel right, please say something to any member of our team immediately.
We’ve got you covered.
